We ship all our items via Standard mail unless specified. Your order will be sent from Spain. Delivery can be tracked.

Non EU orders:  Please understand that we don't have control over post offices or deliveries. Even when the usual delivery time is 1 or 2 weeks it can take up to 25 days depending on your country.
Delivery can be tracked, so if you have not received your goods, please contact us to track your item.

Noro is very concerned about our customers privacy. We in no way distribute, give out or sell our customers information. We only use your information to process your orders.


Delivery policy

Please allow us two or three days for delivery on all items unless otherwise specified on our website. Many items are made to order. Some items are kept in stock and we will endeavour to send the items as quickly as possible. Please refer to the estimated delivery times on each product before ordering which may be different for each product.

We will endeavour to keep you informed of any delays and contact you to let you know when your item is being dispatched.


Returns policy

If your goods are damaged or faulty upon receipt you must notify us within seven days so we can arrange a replacement.
You have the right to return faulty goods for a full refund, including postage, within a seven day period.
Notification of return of goods must be made by email or mail within seven days of receipt of goods.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return the goods to us, the return must take place within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Goods must be returned unused, in and with all of the original packaging. If goods are damaged or seem to have been used we reserve the right to make a charge for the damage or repair. We would suggest you return the item via your local Post Office using the cheapest method available, ensuring that you obtain a receipt or tracking number of the postage at the time of despatch. 
Return postage will not be refunded if the goods are not faulty.
